Tom R. Thomas

Tom Thomas serves as the President of the San Antonio Water Company, the President of Six Basins Watermaster, the President of West End Consolidated Water Company, and the Vice President of the Pomona Valley Protective Association. He is also an owner of Insurance Incorporated of Southern California.

Prior to his current positions, he worked with the Water Facility Authority, Inland Empire Utilities Agency Regional Sewerage Policy Committee, Upland Public Works Committee, and Chino Basin Watermaster ii various leadership positions.

In the four-plus decades Tom has been an Inland Empire resident, he’s been involved in numerous community activities. For two decades, he served as an Upland City Councilmember. He has also served in leadership positions with various community organizations, including the Upland Community Foundation, the Upland Chamber of Commerce Tour de Foothills Committee, the Upland YMCA Board, the Upland Sister City Association, the Upland Police Foundation, Ophelia’s Jump Productions, and the Foothill Family Shelter.
